Here at Trackside R/C we believe in customer service.
So we will run in and tune any kit purchased from us for FREE!!!!! You will also recieve a FREE service that you can claim at any stage after your purchase.
At all of our stores we are more then happy to give you advice on all aspects of anything R/C.
Tuning services are available at all stores, if you are having troubles getting your nitro car to run at the optimum level or to just get it to idle give your closet Trackside R/C a call and book it in for a tune.
Repairs are also available at all Trackside R/C stores, if you dont feel confident to replace that front arm that you just broke bring it in and we will fix it.

Customer Service And Warranty
The Team at Trackside RC is dedicated to providing you with the highest possible standard of customer service. If you have any problems or comments on our standard of service, or if you need specific advice on how to build or operate your RC model, then please contact us immediately.
Trackside RC ensures that its products are free from manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of one year from time of purchase. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty is not valid for any damage or consequential damage arising as a result of misuse, crash, improper break in, improper set-up or modification. Operation of all models is carried out entirely at the risk of the operator. Any warranty decision will be at the discretion of Trackside RC and the manufacturer. Repair work done outside of warranty cover will be charged on a ‘price on application’ (POA) basis.
We do not give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision.
- Do not have proof of purchase.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
- Are faulty
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to.
